The pool and garden maintenance of our villa are carried out every other day by responsible friends.
Electricity, water, gas, internet, daily pool and garden maintenance, first entrance cleaning to the villa are included in the price. Services such as extra cleaning request, bed linen towel change, transportation, car rental are not included in the price.
A damage deposit of 1000 TL is charged for Villa Kalist1, provided that it is paid back at the entrance. Your money will be refunded if there is no damage after the necessary checks have been made after your exit from the villa.
